The Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments recently voted to adopt the Regional Bicycle Master Plan for its member cities. The final Plan was the result of a year-long process that involved extensive community outreach, a thorough review of existing conditions, and collaboration among several local and regional agencies to identify potential bicycling facilities and programs to create a more bicycle-friendly region.
